For successful orders placed at our Online Store and confirmed by us via email, the estimated time for delivery to your specified delivery address will be made within [5 to 10] working days (except Satuarday, Sunday and public holidays).


於網上商店成功訂購、訂單獲接受、完成付款並收到電郵確認後，我們將在5至10個工作天內送貨到您的指定送貨地址（星期六日及公眾假期除外）

Terms & Conditions

  • Specific delivery time is not available.
  • Delivery service is only available in selected Hong Kong areas.
  • Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd.
  • Delivery service will be delayed or rearranged if the Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted, or under any weather condition deemed unsuitable for delivery.
  • No order amendment, exchange or refund will be accommodated after order confirmation or payment.
  • Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Remarks

We currently do not deliver to the following locations:

  • ​ Outlying Islands (Delivery services only available at Ma Wan, Discovery Bay & Tung Chung. Pick-up services are not provided in above areas);
  • Hong Kong International Airport;
  • Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited;
  • Logistics warehouse, smart locker, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that require queuing for pick up or delivery; and
  • Warehouse that requires payment of entrance fee or registration fee.

    條款及細則

    • 不設指定送貨時間。
    • 送貨服務只限於指定香港範圍。
    • 當貨品送到指定收貨地址時，顧客需要簽收貨品，以證明貨品之責任已轉移至收件人。如果收件人並非付款人，收件人的簽署已證明Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd.已完成發貨及送貨之責任。
    • 當8號或以上熱帶氣旋信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或在我們判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下，送貨服務時間將會延遲或另作安排。
    • 所有已確認或付款的訂單恕不設更改、退貨或退款。
    • 如有任何爭議，Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. 保留最終決定權。

     

    備註

    我們現時並未能於以下地區送貨：

    • 離島區 (馬灣、愉景灣及東涌除外，上述地區只限派送，未有上門收件服務)；
    • 機場；
    • 任何管制區域及禁止貨車進入之地區；
    • 物流倉、中轉倉、智能櫃、需排隊等候提貨或送貨之倉庫；及
    • 需支付入閘費或登記費之倉庫。
