Each Pass admits a maximum of two guests during the designated time slot and entitles the guests to one photo opportunity with KUROMI.

Guests may purchase KUROMI series products at the venue, while supplies last.

Each Pass entitles the holder to redeem one set of food and gifts (“Food and Gifts Set”) on the designated day comprising : 
1.  One cup of Grande-sized handcrafted beverage (473ml)
2.  One piece of KUROMI + Starbucks® Black Sesame Cake Roll
3.  One KUROMI + Starbucks® Two-tier High Tea Stand
*Note: Bottled and canned drinks are excluded.

Guests may purchase the limited edition KUROMI + Starbucks® 12oz Clear Double Wall Glass (“Limited Edition Glass”) at a special event price on the designated date.

Each Pass permits the purchase of one piece of Limited Edition Glass only, while stock lasts.

每張入場證最多可供兩位顧客在指定時段入場，並限同時與 KUROMI 合照一次。

顧客可於會場購買KUROMI系列產品，數量有限，售完即止。

每位顧客憑入場證可於當日即場換領以下食品*及禮品乙份(「食品及禮品」)：

1. 一杯大杯裝(473毫升) 手調飲品
2. 一件KUROMI + Starbucks®黑芝麻忌廉蛋卷
3. 一套KUROMI + Starbucks® 下午茶2層架
        *食品不包括樽裝及罐裝飲品。

顧客更可於活動即場以會場價加購限定的KUROMI + Starbucks® 12oz 雙層透明玻璃杯(「限定雙層透明玻璃杯」)。

每張入場證限購一隻限定雙層透明玻璃杯，數量有限，售完即止。

Terms and Conditions

1.    Customers must present a valid admission pass (“Pass”) to participate in the event.
2.    Each Pass admits a maximum of two guests during the designated time slot and entitles the guests to one photo opportunity with KUROMI.
3.    The designated photo taking time slots  of the event are scheduled to commence at 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
4.    Guests must attend the event at the designated store, date and assigned Time Slot as stated on the Pass (“Time Slots”). Any change the Time Slots will not be entertained. The designated store locations are as follows:
o    Nov 16: Starbucks @ ELEMENTS, Kowloon
o    Nov 23: Starbucks @ World Trade Centre, Causeway Bay
o    Nov 30: Starbucks @ PopCorn, Tseung Kwan O
5.    Guests are required to arrive at the designated store at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the Time Slot. Upon arrival,  please present the confirmation email for the Pass purchase to complete the  registration and wait in the designated area. Late arrival will not be entertained.
6.    Failure to arrive on or below the Time Slot at the designated store shall be deemed to be customer’s  voluntary surrender of their participation in the event. No entry is allowed for late customer(s) and replacement of the late customer will not be arranged. .
7.     Altered, photocopied or damaged Pass will be deemed invalid.
8.    All Passes must bear CCHK’s company chop.
9.    Each Pass entitles the holder to redeem one set of food and gifts (“Food and Gifts Set”) on the designated day comprising : 
o    One cup of Grande-sized handcrafted beverage (473ml)
o    One piece of KUROMI + Starbucks® Black Sesame Cake Roll
o    One KUROMI + Starbucks® Two-tier High Tea Stand
*Note: Bottled and canned drinks are excluded.
10.     Food and Gifts Set not redeemed on the designated date shall be considered forfeited. No subsequent redemption will be provided. No reserved seating is available on-site for customers to enjoy food and beverages. 
11.    Guests may purchase the limited edition KUROMI + Starbucks® 12oz Clear Double Wall Glass (“Limited Edition Glass”) at a special event price on the designated date.
12.    Each Pass permits the purchase of one piece of Limited Edition Glass only, while stock lasts.
13.    Each group of guests will receive one instant photo during the event. Guests may use their mobile phones or cameras for taking photos; and no additional equipment will be provided by CCHK.
14.    Guests requiring assistance from event staff for photography must ensure their devices are pre-set to the desired mode to minimize waiting times for other participants.
15.    Due to anticipated high attendance,  please queue patiently for your turn of photo taking.
16.    Purchase of the Pass constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Guests must comply with all additional rules and guidelines. Any violation of such rules or guidelines may result in disqualification from the event.
17.    Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. (“CCHK”) shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, losses or claims arising from the guest’s participation in the event.
18.    CCHK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19.    CCHK reserves the right of final decisions regarding all event arrangements. In case of dispute, CCHK’s decision shall be final. 

條款及細則

「KUROMI見面會」活動守則

1.        顧客必須持有有效的入場證(「入場證」)方可參加此活動。

2.        每張入場證最多可供兩位顧客在指定時段入場，並限同時與 KUROMI 合照一次。

3.        活動期間的指定拍照時段(「時段」)，分別為於下午2:30、3:30 及4:30開始的時段。

4.        顧客須依照入場證上所列的指定日期及時間到達指定分店參加活動，不可更改其他時段。指定分店如下:

• 2025年11月16日 - 九龍Elements圓方星巴克分店旁

• 2025年11月23日- 銅鑼灣wwwtc星巴克分店

• 2025年11月30日- 將軍澳PopCorn星巴克分店

5.        顧客需於指定時段開始前提前最少10分鐘到達指定分店現場，並向星巴克工作人員出示購買入場證的確認電郵以完成登記，並於指定區域等候，逾時不侯。

6.        若顧客未能準時到達指定分店，將被視為自動放棄參加資格，有關顧客不得入場，該名額亦不設候補。

7.        入場證如有蓄意塗改、影印或損毀，將被視為無效。

8.        入場證必須蓋有本公司印章方為有效。

9.        每位顧客憑入場證可於當日即場換領以下食品*及禮品乙份(「食品及禮品」)：

•  一杯大杯裝(473毫升) 手調飲品
•  一件KUROMI + Starbucks®黑芝麻忌廉蛋卷
•  一套KUROMI + Starbucks® 下午茶2層架

        *飲品不包括樽裝及罐裝飲品。

10.   若顧客未能於當日換領食品及飲品，將被視為自動放棄換領，並不設補領。現場不設預留座位供顧客享用食品及飲品。 

11.   顧客更可於活動即場以會場價加購限定的KUROMI + Starbucks® 12oz 雙層透明玻璃杯(「限定雙層透明玻璃杯」)。

12.   每張入場證限購一隻限定雙層透明玻璃杯，數量有限，售完即止。

13.   活動期間，顧客可獲即影即有照片一張。顧客可自備手機或相機進行拍照，本公司不提供其他拍攝器材。

14.   如需本公司工作人員協助拍照，請預先調校好拍攝模式，以減少其他顧客輪候時間。

15.   活動現場人流眾多，請顧客耐心排隊等候合照。

16.   顧客購買入場證即代表已細閲且理解本條款並同意受其約束。於活動期間，顧客必須遵守其他活動規則及指引，如有違反，將被取消參加資格。

17.   在任何情況下，本公司一概不就任何因參加本活動而蒙受的任何費用、支出、損害、損失或索賠而承擔任何責任。

18.   本公司可隨時對上述之條款作出修改而毋須另行通知。

19.   Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. (「本公司」)保留有關活動安排之最終決定權，如有任何爭議，概以本公司之最終決定為準。
