【Member Exclusive Early Access】Starbucks Little Barista Workshop 【AGED 6-12 YEARS OLD 只限6-12歲小朋友】

1.    Registration (as defined below) is on a first-come, first-served basis. Quota of participants is limited, and registration will close once such Quota is full. Incomplete registration forms or registration with unpaid fee will not be processed.

2.    This activity is for the children participants aged between 6 and12 years old. Each child participant must be accompanied by an adult, and his/her parent/guardian’s consent is required for participation in the Event. By participating in the event, any child Participant undertakes that s/he has obtained such consent.  Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Organizer”) has the right to verify and request for verification of the age of participants before, during and after the Event.

3.    Successfully registered participants will receive a confirmation email (“Confirmation”) within 48 hours of registration.

4.    Participants must present their Confirmation for verification to join the Event.

5.    Each Confirmation admits one participant together with his/her accompanying adult for the designated Session and is valid for a single entry in a Session only.

6.    No change or rescheduling of Session is allowed after successful registration. Participants must attend the “Little Barista Workshop” event to be held at the Location (“Event”) at any of the following sessions designated in the Confirmation (“Session”). If a participant cannot attend the Session for any reason, no refund or transfer of the fee will be provided, and the fee cannot be used for other purposes.

Time: 10:30a.m. – 12:00n.n. / 2:00p.m. – 3:30p.m. / 4:30p.m.-6:00p.m
Location: 2/F, East Asia Mansion, Starbucks

7.    Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the Session , present their Confirmation to staff for registration. Late arrival will be considered as voluntary withdrawal of the Event; no make-up or replacement Session will be arranged.

8.    If a red or black rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal No. 3 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 5:00 am on the Session day, such Session will be postponed or cancelled. Announcement will be made on the official Instagram account of the Organizer (@starbuckshk).

9.    Each participant, upon presenting the Confirmation, may redeem gift bag containing the following items: 
•    Starbucks Little Barista Certificate, Starbucks Frappuccino Coupons, Starbucks Bearista Coin Pouch, Starbucks Tote Bag, Starbucks Straw Bracelet, Picture Frame

10.    Participants are advised not to bring any valuables to the Event . The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the participants.

11.    By taking part in the Event, a participant warrants and confirms to the Organizer that he / she is physically fit to participate in the Event ; and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from (i) any injury or death suffered by the participant himself / herself or any other persons; and (ii) any damage to property as a result of him / her not being physically fit to participate in the Event.

12.    Participants shall acknowledge and agree that during the Event, the Organizer (or its authorised representatives) will take photos and/or videos with the participants or in which participants’ images may appear. The Organizer shall have sole and absolute ownership of the photos and/or videos and the rights to retain and/or use the photos and/or videos for publicity purposes in all media or forms, including but not limited to display in the Organizer website, newspapers, magazines, social media or internet, without limitation of time.

13.    The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the Event; and announcement (if any) will be made via email at least 24 hours in advance of such Event.

14.    Upon submitting registration and payment of the entry fee of the Event, an applicant declares that he / she agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

15.    The Organizer reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.

16.    If there is any consistency between the Chinese and English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

條款及細則

1.    活動以先到先得形式接受報名，名額有限，額滿即止。資料填寫不完整或未完成繳付報名費用的申請將不獲處理。

2.    活動對象為6-12歲的兒童，每位兒童參加者必須有一位成人陪同，及需要獲得其父母/監護人的同意方可參加活動。參加活動即表示該兒童參與者承認已獲得該同意參加活動。Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited（「主辦機構」）有權於活動前、活動期間及活動後核實及要求參加者提供其年齡的相關證明。

3.    成功登記之參加者將於登記後 48小時內收到確認電郵(「確認電郵」)。

4.    參加者必須持有及出示確認電郵以確認身份方可參與是次活動。

5.    每封確認電郵限一位參加者(及一位陪同成人)於指定時段參加活動參與一次。

6.    成功報名後，參加者須在確認電郵指定的以下其中的一個時段(「時段」)及地點參加「Little Barista Workshop」活動（「活動」）；如參加者在該時段未能出席活動，不論任何原因，主辦機構不會作出任何退款，參加者所繳費用亦不予發還，相關費用亦不能用作其它用途。  時段之日期、時間及地點如下:
-    2026年8月8日/2026年8月16日
-    上 午10:30至下午12:00 / 下 午2:00至下午3:30 / 下 午4:30至下午6:00
-    灣仔東亞大樓星巴克分店2樓

7.    顧客需最少提前在時段開始時間的10分鐘 抵達現場，並向主辦機構工作人員出示確認電郵以完成登記；如顧客未能依時到達指定地點登記，將視為自動放棄參加資格，不設補時或時段候補名額。

8.    如在時段當日早上5時香港天文台已發出紅色／黑色暴雨警告或三號或以上熱帶氣旋信號，該時段將延期或取消，並於官方IG @starbuckshk 公佈最新安排。

9.    每位參加者憑確認電郵可於活動當日即場換領以下禮品乙份：
•    星巴克小小咖啡師證書、星巴克星冰樂券、星巴克熊零錢包、星巴克購物袋、星巴克吸管手環、畫框

10.    請勿攜帶貴重物品；如有遺失或損毀，主辦機構恕不負責及不作任何賠償。

11.    參加活動即表示參加者向主辦機構保證及確認，其身體狀況適合參加活動，並同意就以下事項向主辦機構作出彌償及使其免受損害：(i) 參加者本人或任何其他人士所遭受之任何傷害或死亡；及 (ii) 因其身體狀況不適合參加活動而導致的任何財產損失。

12.    參加者參與本活動即被視為知悉並同意主辦機構（或其授權代表）將對參加者拍攝照片 及／或影片，又或參加者的肖像可能出現其中。主辦機構將全權及絕對擁有這些照片及 ／或影片，並有權以所有媒介或形式永遠保留及／或使用這些素材進行宣傳，包括但不限於主辦機構網站、報章、雜誌、社交媒體或互聯網。

13.    主辦機構保留更改或取消活動之權利，有關消息將於活動開始時間最少24小時前透過電郵公佈。

14.    參加者購買此活動即代表已細閱、理解並同意遵守所有活動條款及守則。如有違反，主辦機構有權取消其參加資格。

15.    主辦機構有權修訂任何條款及細則，恕不另行通知。 如有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。

16.    如本條款及細則的中英文版本有任何不一致之處，概以英文版本為準。
